Continental Properties - Service Technician

Continental Properties is seeking a motivated and empowered Service Technician to join our team at the Greenfield Highlands residential community in Greenfield, WI.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, address residents' needs, and help maintain facility operations. You will report to the Service Supervisor.

Position Details

• Full-Time
• Pay: $18-$22 per hour

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for rent through repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exteriors, painting, and appliances
• Support your Service Supervisor

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in manual labor or related fields
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to perform physical repairs, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and use technology such as computers and tablets
