Hiring Service Technicians in the Denver Metro Area

The Service Technician will be responsible for receiving dispatched service calls and ensuring a prompt response based on the estimated time of arrival. Key duties include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing service problems, and conducting necessary repairs. The role requires maintaining inventory and upkeep of equipment, keeping managers informed of customer concerns and needs, and documenting all work performed.

Pay: $24.00hr

Shift: 1st, Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00AM-4:30PM

Job Description:

• Respond promptly to dispatched service calls as assigned.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot service problems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues.
• Check quality of products by examining syrup levels, changing out flavors, and cleaning around machines.
• Maintain inventory and maintenance on parts, tools, and vehicles.
• Keep managers informed of customer concerns and needs.
• Document all work performed and close out activities upon completion.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical inclination
• Service Technician experience preferred
• Customer service skills
• Low voltage electrical knowledge including multimeter reading
• Troubleshooting and repair skills
• Refrigeration experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 55 lbs or more

Work Environment:

• Steel-toed shoes are required, and a uniform will be provided.
• The role involves traveling to various sites for equipment servicing.
• Work hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, with training on Monday through Friday for approximately one month.
• There may be some flexibility in the schedule if needed.
• Work sites include gas stations and market locations, where duties include flavor changes, preventative maintenance on machinery such as cleanings, calibrations, filter changes, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
