Job summary

Westbrook Toyota, part of the Lorensen Auto Group, is seeking Automotive Service Technicians to join a newly expanded facility. We offer a 4-day workweek, paid training, and a path for growth with a strong company match on retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required (clean and valid).
• Automotive experience required.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership requirements.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional work and provide time estimates.
• Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs to manufacturer specifications

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong teamwork skills

• Must have a clean & valid driver's license
