Job summary

Toyota of Erie is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards. You’ll join a skilled team using modern diagnostic equipment and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive technician experience preferred.
• ASE certification a plus, or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Own tools preferred and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance per manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and computer system issues.
• Road test vehicles and use diagnostic equipment as needed.
• Communicate additional repair needs to the Service Advisor.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and parts.
• Maintain an accurate record of parts and time on each repair order.
