Hinderer Motor Company in Ohio is seeking an entry-level Ford Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems to manufacturer standards. You will work with the service department to deliver quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role offers ladder pay, potential for $1–$4 per hour based on monthly production, career growth, employee discounts, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service technician experience preferred.
• ASE Certification is required.
• B-level qualifications in Diagnostics, Electrical, and Engine Repair preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Perform repairs and maintenance per repair orders efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose vehicle systems including engine, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical, and air conditioning.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify service needs.
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional service or repair recommendations.
• Execute warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and collaborate with teammates.
