Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a Service Technician in Warren, MN to diagnose, repair, and service heavy equipment. You’ll work on site in our service trucks and shop, using company- and manufacturer-sponsored training to stay current with evolving technology.

You should have a mechanical background in diesel mechanics, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. A valid US work authorization is required, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

What You Will Need

• Experience in diesel mechanics preferred: Mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics.
• Effective communication abilities: Clear and concise, written or verbal, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively: Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Keen attention to detail: Pay close attention to the specifics.
• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
