Job summary

WCTractor is an established equipment dealership with twelve locations across Central and East Texas. We are seeking a Service Technician to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and construction equipment, in both shop and field settings.

You will receive manufacturer training and have access to extensive resources to understand each specification, while contributing to our safety‑first culture and ongoing education in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year related experience required.
• Must have your own full set of tools.
• Valid drivers license.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull up to 150 pounds multiple times per day.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, set-up and repair of agricultural and light construction equipment both in the shop and in the field.
• Complete reports and forms related to work assignments
• Maintain current knowledge related to agricultural and light construction equipment

Service Technician Responsibilities

As a Service Technician with WCTractor, you will perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and construction equipment. Our service technicians and equipment mechanics receive advanced training directly from the manufacturers and have access to an abundance of resources to help them understand each unique specification.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform service, set-up and repair of agricultural and light construction equipment both in the shop and in the field.
• Complete reports and forms related to work assignments
• Maintain current knowledge related to agricultural and light construction equipment
