Job Title: Dental Equipment Installation and Service Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Equipment Installation and Service Engineer to install, service, modify, and demonstrate new dental equipment in customer practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the installation and servicing of dental equipment by collaborating with dentists and team members.
2. Install equipment according to customer-approved drawings, utilizing tools for assembly, fixing, electrical wiring, and plumbing.
3. Ensure proper functioning of equipment by checking for leaks, noises, and other issues during operation.
4. Install or service dental equipment following manufacturer specifications and pre-installed services.
5. Complete installations or servicing to the highest standards within allocated timeframes.
6. Install secondary devices into new or existing equipment.
7. Demonstrate installed equipment to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
8. Leave work sites clean and tidy after completion.
9. Represent the company professionally to foster customer satisfaction and future business opportunities.
10. Maintain accurate records of installations, company equipment, tools, vehicle, and phone usage.
11. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.

Physical Activities:

This role involves the repair and installation of dental equipment, requiring maneuvering of large equipment in warehouses and dental practices.

Qualifications:

Experience:

No prior dental equipment experience is required; experience in electrical or plumbing fields is advantageous.

Education:

Good educational background with strong numeracy and literacy skills. Knowledge of decontamination principles is a plus.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to understand systems and a motivation to develop technical knowledge continually.
• Consistent support delivery to the service department.
