Job summary

Outdoor Living Pool & Spa in Omaha is seeking a dependable Pool & Spa Service Technician to maintain, repair, and service residential pools and spas across the metro area. If you enjoy outdoor work, problem solving, and delivering outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

This full-time role involves weekly maintenance, equipment diagnostics, and communicating service recommendations to customers, with training provided for the right candidate and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in various weather.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route.
• Pool or spa service experience preferred but training available.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly pool and spa maintenance, including water testing and chemical balancing.
• Clean pools, empty baskets, vacuum, brush, and inspect equipment.
• Diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and plumbing.
• Open and close pools seasonally.
• Install replacement equipment and perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service recommendations.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean company vehicle and work area.

Outdoor Living Pool & Spa is seeking a dependable, motivated Pool & Spa Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing residential swimming pools and spas throughout the Omaha metro area. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly pool and spa maintenance, including water testing and chemical balancing

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends during the busy season
• Typical workweek of 40–50 hours
