Job summary

AAA Spa and Pool Services is seeking a full-time Pool & Spa Service Technician to join our team in Ohio. This role involves diagnosing and repairing pool and hot tub equipment, assisting with field service jobs, and helping customers with product recommendations.

No prior pool or spa experience is required—we will train the right candidate. Candidates should be at least 18, with a High School Diploma or GED, and at least one year of plumbing or electrical experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of plumbing and/or electrical experience required.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to work long hours in extreme weather conditions.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Above-average communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be prompt and punctual.
