Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigeration, HVAC, and ultra-low equipment, providing field service, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The technician will also be expected to deliver excellent customer service to all clients.

Qualifications

• Skills in Maintenance & Repair, and general Maintenance
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service tasks
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant certifications or technical education in refrigeration, HVAC, or related fields
• Experience in industrial and commercial refrigeration services is a plus
