ProMach's Panther/ID Technology unit is seeking a Service Technician near Highlands Ranch, CO. You will install, service, train customers, and travel across the U.S. and abroad.

A 2-year degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field, or a 4-year degree, is required. You’ll work with PLCs, ladder logic, and PC-based programming while handling wiring and maintenance. This role emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to learning multiple job functions in a fast-paced

Someone located within an hour's radius of Highlands Ranch, CO would be well-situated for the role.

Our Field Service Technicians contribute to the success of the company and our customers through technical expertise and interpersonal skills to ensure superior service. Key Responsibilities

• Handle Equipment Assembly
• Provide Technical Support via email and phone
• Control Inventory Management
• Work with PLC (ladder logic) and PC based programming
• Conduct Shop Maintenance
• Work with Electrical wiring
• Provide on‑site Service, installation and training of equipment throughout the U.S. and abroad
• Travel - 2-5 days per trip and approximately 2 trips per month

Qualifications

• Motivated, career minded individuals that are excited to learn multiple job functions in a fast‑paced, manufacturing environment.
• Qualified Candidate will have a minimum 2-year degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Technologies, related field of study or 4-year degree from an accredited University.
• Optimistic, organized, quick learning and customer focused is a must.
• A preferred candidate will have experience in: networking, network theory, MODBUS TCP/IP, industrial PLC controls, implementing drives and motion control systems, and similar skills.

• Starting salary range for this role is $24.00-$29.00 per hour plus a commission component.
