Primary Responsibilities

• Maintenance, repairs, and small additions to existing access control and video systems.
• Assist with new programming and re‑programming of related security software.
• End‑user training.
• Provide technical phone support to customers.
• Electronics and mechanical aptitude.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2‑4 years of experience in maintenance, repairs, and small additions to existing access control and video systems.
• Typical work hours are between 8:00 am‑4:30 pm.
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• LEA Certification.
• Industry experience with emphasis on computer software operations.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to wire and troubleshoot relay logic.
• Manufacturer Certifications (e.g., Lenel, AXIS, Commend, Bosch, Redscan).
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify electronic door hardware.
• Basic network troubleshooting.

Salary: $35‑50/hr depending on experience.
