Job summary

Knight Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles across multiple makes and models at our Tulsa shop.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic, dealership experience preferred, and holds OEM or ASE certifications. You will document work, communicate with service advisors, and uphold safety standards in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as automotive technician or mechanic.
• Dealer experience preferred.
• OEM certifications or ASE certifications preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of makes and models.
• Document all work performed in repair orders per manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Communicate repair needs and time estimates with service advisors and management.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to the advisor team.
• Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training, bulletins, and repair procedures.
• Ensure repairs are completed on time and meet quality standards before vehicle delivery.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned work area in clean and safe condition.
• Assist other technicians and team members to promote teamwork and efficiency.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and dealership policies and procedures.
