Southern Land Company, a national real estate development and construction firm, is seeking a full-time Painter/Maintenance Technician to join our team in Northglenn, CO.
Arden at Karl's Farm offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about providing world-class customer service. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a flawless attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Arden Karls Farm, located on E 121st Ave, features 385 townhomes, including studios and one to three-bedroom apartments, with upscale amenities such as a resort-style pool and spa, dog park, fitness center, yoga studio, outdoor dining, gas grills, and bike storage.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for painting and repairing damaged walls.
• Monitor and replace lights as necessary.
• Repair or replace windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding glass doors, shelves, smoke alarms, baseboards, mirrors, closet doors, ceiling fans, mini blinds, faucets, sink plugs, washers, and holes in walls. Hang drapes.
• Repair all appliances and report problems to Maintenance Supervisor or General Manager.
• Monitor and change locks; make keys as necessary.
• Perform repairs to sinks, bathtubs, and minor bathroom tile repairs/replacements.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience

• Strong teamwork skills with flexibility for changing project requirements and deadlines.
• Ability to anticipate maintenance needs.
• Ability to climb stairs regularly.
• Availability for after-hours emergency assistance.
• Reliability and professional demeanor.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and seek clarification when needed.
• Work under pressure with tight deadlines and handle interruptions and unexpected events.
• Ability to lift/move 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.

Education and Experience

• Valid driver’s license and a well-maintained vehicle.
