Job summary

Evergreen Refreshments is hiring a Service Technician (Maintenance) to support equipment setup and ongoing maintenance at customer locations. The role is hands-on, travels to sites using a company vehicle, and collaborates with the service team to install and uninstall equipment as directed by management.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling mechanical and electrical components, performing preventative maintenance, and communicating effectively with customers and teammates.

• Supports the setup of equipment for new customer locations
• Uses hand tools to work with equipment in the field
• Travels to customer site using a company vehicle
• Works with the service team to support proper installation and uninstallation at customer locations as guided by your manager
• Conducts an inventory of equipment and service parts every month
• Documents all work performed
• Maintain and order inventory replenishments as needed
• Establishes and supports preventative maintenance schedules
• Provides effective communication with customers and team members

At Evergreen Refreshments we're searching for a Service Technician to join our hardworking, agile, and growing team. This fast-paced, hands-on role is responsible for supporting the maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing of our equipment for our customer locations. It is essential this person has a demonstrated passion for providing excellent service in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
