Morgan Properties, LP is seeking a dependable maintenance technician to join our on-site team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and service HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, support apartment turns, and uphold community safety and appearance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in maintenance, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. A customer-service mindset and ability to work with a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in apartment, residential, or commercial settings.
• EPA Certification required; HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Active, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Within a 30-minute commute of the community.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues.
• Diagnose and service split-system heat pumps and other residential mechanical systems.
• Complete maintenance service requests efficiently while delivering excellent service.
• Perform apartment turns and prepare homes for new residents.
• Maintain appearance and safety of the community per standards.
• Communicate professionally with residents and onsite team about repairs and updates.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for Fox Run.

As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry-related maintenance issues


• Diagnose and service split-system heat pumps and other residential mechanical systems


• Complete maintenance service requests efficiently while providing exceptional customer service


• Perform apartment turns and help prepare homes for new residents


• Maintain the appearance and safety of the community in accordance with company standards


• Communicate professionally with residents and onsite team members regarding repairs and work order updates


• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule supporting Fox Run

Compensation & Incentives

• Base Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour


• Up to 50% Rent Discount


• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions


• Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly


• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

What We’ll Expect From You
