Responsibilities

• Perform customer service in an effective and precise manner according to procedure. Work to achieve the internal goals set for turnaround time. Assist in deviation root cause analysis. Assist with testing and production when necessary.
• Follow process 6. Service and Rework.
• Perform service on customer material.
• Perform rework on internal non-conformance products.
• Contribute to improvements in culture, processes and systems as a part of the daily work.
• Actively develop own competence to support current and future business goals and strategic objectives.
• Use own competence to train others when needed.
• Contribute to a respectful, healthy, collaborative and high performing working environment.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required for the successful operation of business.
• Adhere to and promote applicable Policies, Procedures, Safety Rules & Regulations and Security Guidelines.

Qualifications
