Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on tree shakers.
• Repair and replace damaged parts, motors, and electrical components.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections on tree shakers.
• Communicate with orchard owners and management regarding repair and maintenance needs.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work completed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
