Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions is seeking a Pest Control Technician to protect homes and families while delivering outstanding service from a company vehicle. You will be the face of the company, trusted by customers to provide effective pest control with a proactive mindset.

This role offers hourly pay of $22–$24 plus incentives, bonuses, and commissions on new accounts. Schedule includes day shifts with Monday–Friday hours and rotating Saturdays; growth opportunities and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (insurable).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Safely maneuver through crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Obtain a local pesticide license (training & testing fees covered).

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Protect homes and families while maintaining a winning attitude.
• Earn commission by recommending services along your route.
• Operate from and return to a fully equipped company vehicle.

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

We give you the tools, training, and support to succeed from your fully equipped company vehicle and expert coaching from industry leaders. Whether you're treating a home, solving a tough pest issue or introducing a neighbor to our services, every day you’ll make a real difference.
