Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group in Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician who aligns with our core values of respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork. Expect pro-tech incentives, paid training, and a generous tool allowance per our ProTech program.

You will perform expert repair work, conduct multi-point inspections, and utilize Reynolds DMS for service flow and documentation in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of automotive technician experience preferred.
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications describe your background.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and information, both electronic and paper-based.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert repair work on orders in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to attain Fixed First Visit expectations.
• Perform the KG Electronic Multi Point Inspection on every vehicle and communicate findings to the Service Advisor.
• Master the Reynolds Dealer Management System for timekeeping, work distribution, inspections and quotes.
• Maintain accountability for dealership tools and keep workspace clean with the “leave no trace” standard.
