Why youll love working with us:
What youll do as an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic):
At first glance, theres nothing remarkable at Ken Garff. Our uniforms arent flashy, and our buildings look a lot like the competition. You may not see it right at first, but if you listen youll hear. Because listening isnt just something we do; its part of who we are. Its how we show that what we absolutely value the most (far more than buildings, uniforms or cars) is our people. And we thrive on treating them right. We listen because we believe listening matters. Were just different that way.
Will you join us as a new Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic)? Will you throw your energy and focus behind what were doing? Will you live our values and do things differently than youve ever done them? Will you listen and build trust and foster relationships? This organization, that started as an idea by a man named Ken Garff way back in 1932, needs one thing to keep its vision intact and its purpose of reinventing an industry moving forward. It needs you.
