Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• Prior Ford experience and B level qualifications preferred.

We are seeking a Ford Certified Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle service, with ASE and Ford certifications. Responsibilities include diagnosing vehicle issues, performing repairs on repair orders, and ensuring quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs efficiently and according to dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools
• Maintain and repair various vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs and estimates
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification preferred
• Prior Ford experience and B level qualifications (Diagnostic, Electrical, Engine Repair) preferred
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills and proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service and computer skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
