Landers Appliance is seeking experienced tradespeople to join our service team in Maryland. This role emphasizes efficiency, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction across residential repairs and installations.

With 3+ years in a skilled trade, you will lift 50 lbs, learn new tech, and advance through an accelerated track toward owning your own route within 90 days if performance standards are met. No weekends or nights. Starting pay is competitive with strong growth.
