Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable Service Technician in Reno, NV to install, maintain, and repair propane systems for residential and commercial customers. You’ll be the friendly face customers trust to keep homes warm and safe.

Starting pay is $26.00 per hour, with benefits that support health, financial security, and personal growth. Local routes mean you’ll be home every night, and opportunities for advancement are available within a nationwide service network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related service or technical experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (preferred).
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain propane systems and equipment for residential and commercial customers.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform system testing to ensure safety compliance.
• Safely load, transport, and deliver propane as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and sharing safety and service information.
• Assist with appliance service and deliveries when needed based on customer demand.
