Job summary

Ferrellgas seeks a dependable Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair propane systems for residential and commercial customers, ensuring safety and reliability. You will be the friendly face customers trust when solving problems quickly and correctly.

You’ll respond to emergencies, perform safety testing, load and deliver propane, and assist with appliance service and deliveries as needed, while upholding Ferrellgas’s safety standards and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related service or technical experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (preferred).
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, or have authorization to work in the United States.
• Applicants must not require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain propane systems and equipment for residential and commercial customers.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform system testing to ensure safety compliance.
• Safely load, transport, and deliver propane as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and sharing safety and service information.
• Assist with appliance service and deliveries when needed based on customer demand.
