Job summary

Ferrellgas is hiring a dependable Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair propane systems for residential and commercial customers. You will respond to emergency calls, perform safety testing, load and deliver propane, and assist with appliance service as needed.

Starting pay is $29.00 per hour, with pay based on experience. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and working on local routes to be home every night.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related service or technical experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (preferred).
• Citizen or National of the United States; must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain propane systems and equipment for residential and commercial customers.
• Respond to emergency calls and perform system testing to ensure safety compliance.
• Safely load, transport, and deliver propane as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and sharing safety and service information.
• Assist with appliance service and deliveries when needed based on customer demand.
