Job summary

Morgan Properties in United States is seeking a Service Technician to join our 359-unit community in a full-time capacity. You will troubleshoot and complete service requests across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance, while ensuring compliance and high resident satisfaction.

This role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with paid rotating on-call. You’ll receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus, base pay of $19.50–$22.50 per hour, and benefits including

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and complete service requests across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine property upkeep to prevent breakdowns.
• Execute make-readies and maintain curb appeal and community appearance.
• Adhere to company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws.
• Respond quickly and professionally to service requests and resident concerns.
• Keep residents and staff updated on repairs.

As the Service Technician, You Will:

• Troubleshoot and complete service requests including, but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs

HVAC/EPA/CFC certifications are preferred but not required — we'll support you in earning them.
