Job summary

Alta Pest Control is seeking a Service Professional to service homes and businesses on the road, starting from your home base. You’ll manage a service route, handle 10–15 homes daily, and represent Alta with pride. No prior pest-control experience is required as training and licensing are provided.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of your day on the road servicing customers at their homes and businesses.

• Communicate with clients, explaining treatments and addressing questions.
• Drive company vehicle and keep work areas clean; assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep operations smooth.

What You’ll Do

This is a field‑based position. You’ll spend most of your day on the road, servicing customers at their homes and businesses. You’ll start and end your day from your service area—no office. We’re looking for a motivated Service Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the retention of our customers and for reducing the amount of callbacks by completing all stops assigned to you. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.

What Your Day Might Look Like

Starting Pay: $21 per hour (plus perks and commissions)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday | Approx. 8:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. | 40–60 hours per week

Both Full‑Time Regular and Full‑Time Seasonal Roles Available

• Starting your day from home and heading straight to your first stop
