Job summary

Alta Pest Control is seeking a reliable Field Technician to perform light construction tasks ( attic remediations, encapsulations, rodent exclusions ) and assist with termite work and related duties. You’ll travel to sites, work in hot attics, cold outdoor conditions, and crawlspaces, and coordinate with teammates to keep operations running smoothly while ensuring every customer experience is great.

Qualifications

• Some prior construction experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform light construction tasks such as attic remediations, top-offs, vapor barrier installations, encapsulations, rodent exclusions, wildlife removal, termite work, gutter guard installations, and other light construction tasks.
• Work effectively in extreme conditions such as hot attics, outdoor work in cold weather, and on tall roofs.
• Navigate tight spaces and crawlspaces comfortably.
• Maintain a clean background and possess a valid driver's license.
• Provide reliable transportation to and from the main office.
• Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly.
• Ensure every customer experience is a great one.
