What You’ll Do

This is a field-based position. You’ll spend most of your day on the road, servicing customers at their homes and businesses. You’ll start and end your day from your service area - not sitting in an office.

We’re looking for a motivated Service Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the retention of our customers and to reduce the amount of callbacks by completing all stops assigned to them. Every day is a little different, but your mission stays the same: deliver quality, exceed expectations, and represent Alta with pride.

What Your Day Might Look Like

Starting Pay: $20 per hour (plus perks and commissions)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday | Approx. 8:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. | 40–60 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Starting your day from home and heading straight to your first stop
• Managing your own service route throughout the day
• Working independently outdoors in different neighborhoods
• Treating 10–15 homes per day
• Communicating with clients, explaining treatments, answering questions, and addressing concerns
• Driving company vehicles, cleaning work areas, and assisting with other administrative tasks
• Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly
• Ensure every customer experience is a great one
