This role is the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined market with a diverse commercial base including Healthcare, Process Manufacturing Facilities, Education Institutions, and Office Complexes. You will be commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in a commercial environment. You will utilize your knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts. This position offers the opportunity to work with internal and external partners, from new facility setups to retrofits of existing facilities. Where Is The Work

This position is remote, based in Moon Township, PA.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate with team leaders and customers for on-site installation and repairs, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
• Serve as the direct customer contact, responsible for products and equipment, ensuring satisfaction through diagnosis and repair.
• Use advanced software, hand tools, blueprints, and specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Maintain flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.
• Enforce safety standards and manage company assets responsibly.

What You Will Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 5+ years HVAC experience; technical training preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, with no major violations in the past 3 years.
• EPA Certification.

Additional Requirements And Environmental Exposure

• Ability to operate a vehicle safely and wear necessary safety gear.
• Physical ability to twist, squat, reach, stand, lift (up to 40 lbs. regularly), and work in confined or elevated spaces.
• Exposure to variable weather and environmental conditions.
• This role is Safety Sensitive.

Compensation

$30-40/hour depending on experience, with additional earning potential through a technician commission program.
