Job description

Role Overview

This position is responsible for tasks associated with the installation of access control, CCTV, fire, and intrusion alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain a variety of security, fire alarm, camera, and access control systems.
• Install cabling for low voltage systems.
• Perform annual fire alarm certifications.
• Carry out all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an alarm technician.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Understanding of construction sites, best practices, and work site safety.
• Motivated, team-oriented, and quick learner.
• Possession of common industry hand tools.
• NICET certification is a plus.

Work Requirements

• Ability to work with hand tools, meters, and other industry-related equipment.
• Ability to climb ladders and operate lifts.
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
