You will serve as a lead technical expert, diagnosing and resolving complex refrigeration issues for high-profile commercial and industrial clients. How You Will Make An Impact

• Communicate technical issues and logistical needs clearly to the Service Manager to ensure rapid project completion.
• Manage a rotating on‑call weekend schedule to provide dedicated emergency support to our industrial partners.

• Coordinate personal dispatch schedules and equipment transport to ensure on‑time arrival at various project sites.

Required Qualifications & Experience
