Minutemen Direct is recruiting for a Service Technician I in the Alliance, OH area for a chemical manufacturer. This is a 1st shift position, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, as the role involves driving a company vehicle to customer sites. The starting pay is $19.00 per hour. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, 401K, Paid Holidays, PTO, Sick Days, Vacation, and Uniforms.

The service technician will perform maintenance and repairs on battery and electric machinery, as well as small engine propane machines. Responsibilities include conducting visual inspections, evaluating results, and making recommendations to customers to address deficiencies. Skills in electrical and plumbing work are advantageous. Candidates should possess electronic diagnostic skills, familiarity with AC/DC voltage, vacuum systems, and be capable of using a multimeter.
