Job summary

Italian Terrazzo & Tile Co. of Brevard, LLC in Ocala is seeking a Service Technician to perform flooring repair projects on site and ensure customer satisfaction. This full-time role requires hands-on tile setting and safe work practices.

Position Type: Regular full-time

General Summary

Perform flooring repair projects to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

• Complete flooring repair job according to work order provided.
• Ensure installation quality and accuracy of installed materials.
• Adhere to jobsite safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience setting tile, including tile punchout experience.
• Carpet and/or wood flooring punchout experience a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of stone and marble is a plus but not required.

Other Requirements

• This role would require the ability to lift, push, and/or pull loads in excess of 50 lb.
• This role would require the ability to kneel, crouch, stoop, crawl for extended periods.
• This role would require the ability to use hands to handle and/or control tools for extended periods.
• Fundamental mathematical comprehension required.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle available for company use required. (Auto allowance and/or gas card to be provided.)
• Travel required: daily travel required.
