Job summary

The Donaldson Group, a leader in multifamily property management, seeks a skilled Service Technician to support Harbour Manor, a 164-unit community in Temple Hills, MD. This full-time, on-site role offers hourly pay between $20 and $22 with competitive benefits.

You will perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliances, and conduct preventive maintenance in apartments and common areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment or building maintenance.
• Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and appliance repair.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Perform general repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and appliance work.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance in apartments and common areas.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, including cleaning, painting, and basic repairs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Keep detailed records of repairs, inventory, and completed work.
• Rotate in an on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• Follow safety protocols and property policies.

Donaldson, a recognized leader in multifamily property management, is seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to support the maintenance operations of (Harbour Manor), a 164-unit residential apartment community in Temple Hills, MD.

Job Location: Temple Hills, MD 20748

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Perform general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, and appliance work
