Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for Blakenbaker Crossings, a 236-unit apartment community in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and general property issues to maintain safety and comfort for residents.

You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to on-site repairs, and commit to a 24-hour on-call schedule, including weather-related emergencies.

Blakenbaker Crossings is a 236-unit apartment community, and we're looking for a Service Technician with real passion for the work. You'll diagnose problems, make repairs, and keep our community safe, comfortable, and up to company standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly
• $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials
• 50% rent discount
