You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, perform routine maintenance, inspect new and used units, document repairs, and stay current with manufacturer bulletins.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a motorcycle or powersports technician preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of makes and models.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service software.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on motorcycles and powersports equipment
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire replacements, brake inspections, and tune-ups
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used units
• Accurately document repair orders, parts used, and labor time in the service management system
• Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repair status and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the service bay
• Stay current on manufacturer service bulletins, recalls, and technical updates

• Manufacturer certifications (e.g., MMI, ATC, or OEM) a plus
