Qualifications

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial overhead doors, gates, operators, and access control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections on commercial door and gate systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Complete service reports, work orders, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain an organized service vehicle with the tools, parts, and equipment needed for daily assignments.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, maintenance recommendations, and system operation.
• Respond to emergency service calls and assist with special projects as needed.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians when appropriate.
