Job summary

• Successful completion of refrigeration/HVAC coursework or equivalent demonstrated hands‑on experience.
• Working knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, controls, and plumbing practices; experience with industrial chillers or heat pumps is strongly valued.
• Ability to read and interpret refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical drawings, schematics, and bills of materials.
• Associate degree or higher in HVAC/R, electrical technology, controls, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial or industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Experience supporting technicians or customers remotely by phone, email, or video.
• Experience with chillers, process cooling equipment, PLCs/controllers, pumps, or heat‑transfer systems.
