Pappas Restaurants in Houston, TX seeks an HVAC/Refrigeration mechanic to maintain and service restaurant kitchen equipment across locations including Pappadeaux and Pappasito’s. The role emphasizes teamwork and hands-on work with boilers, ice machines, coolers, beverage systems, laundry equipment, and HVAC systems.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience, a CFC Certification Type II or higher, and a strong knowledge of kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

• 3 years HVAC/Refrigeration experience.
• CFC Certification Type II or better.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen equipment.
• Must enjoy working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service restaurant kitchen equipment.
• Maintain laundry equipment, beverage systems, boilers, ice machines, coolers, and HVAC systems.
