Pappas Restaurants is seeking qualified Maintenance Technicians to install, service, and repair fixtures, furniture, and equipment across our Houston-area restaurant locations. The role supports a busy, team-driven environment and requires dependable on-call availability.

Our locations include: Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, Pappasito’s Cantina, Pappas Bros. Steakhouse and Pappas Bar-B-Q. We’re searching for highly motivated Maintenance Technicians who have the desire work in a team environment and to continually develop new skills! Duties include the installation, service and repair of fixtures, furniture and equipment for our restaurant locations.Pay and Benefits:Up to $25/hour based on experienceMedical, dental and life insurance, 401k and Pappas dining benefits.Steady, year-round employment and ongoing in-house trainingRequirements:Rotating on call schedulePrevious experience working in construction carpentry tradesAbility to work as part of a team or independently as necessaryProficiency using hand and power toolsPossess an excellent attention to detailPhysical requirements: Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors; be able to lift up to 40 pounds, crawl, stoop, climb ladders and work in a variety of physical conditions.
