Job summary

SumZero Energy Systems in Holliston, MA is seeking a skilled HVAC service technician to diagnose and repair a range of systems, from mini-splits to VRF and hydro-air, with a focus on delivering honest, reliable solutions. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, and help customers make informed decisions with clear explanations.

You’ll work full-time, grow your technical expertise, and be supported by leadership and a clear career ladder.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC service.
• Certification from an accredited HVAC program preferred.
• Comfort with low-voltage, ductless, and refrigeration systems.
• Clear, respectful communication with customers and teammates.
• Continuous improvement mindset in work and character.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and diagnose HVAC system issues.
• Repair and maintain mini-splits, VRF, Hydro-Air, forced hot air systems, and more.
• Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventative maintenance.

What You’ll Do
