Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Service Technician to deliver excellent resident service while handling work orders from routine check-ups to complex repairs. You’ll diagnose issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and more, respond promptly to requests, and inspect properties for safety, coordinating with Property Manager and Service Manager.

On-site collaboration and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property management or related trade.
• CPO certification (depending on property).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness; report items to managers.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Technician, you’ll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. From completing work orders to routine check-ups, you’ll use your hands-on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home.

Your Day-to-day May Include

• Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensures assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
• CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organizational and time-management abilities
• A collaborative, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

The expected compensation range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
