Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC in Canton, GA is seeking a Service Technician to deliver maintenance and great resident service across our communities. You will handle work orders and perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs to keep residents proud to call our properties home.

The role requires at least 1 year in property maintenance or related trades, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property maintenance or related trades.
• CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Service Technician, you’ll provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. From completing work orders to routine check-ups, you’ll use your hands-on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home.

Your Day-to-day May Include

• Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensures assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.

The expected compensation range for this position is $24.00- $26.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
