Qualifications

• Certified Master Technician status with Ford Motor Company (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5+ years of dealership or advanced diagnostic experience preferred.
• Proven ability to perform complex diagnostics and major component repairs.
• Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems including engine performance, transmission, suspension, steering, HVAC, and advanced electronics.
• Ability to efficiently use factory scan tools and diagnostic software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Own professional-grade tools (specialty tools a plus).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Professional communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to ongoing training and continued certification.
