Ingersoll Rand’s Field Service Technician role in the Compression Systems and Services Division serves customers by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining air compressors and related components across multiple locations in the US.
The position requires 2+ years of mechanical systems experience, a valid driver's license, on-call availability, and the ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment. Training and travel within the service area are expected.
Service Technician
Buffalo, NY; Elmhurst, IL; Livonia, MI; Indianapolis, IN; Hamilton, OH; Erie, PA; Ithica, NY; Buffalo, NY. Additional locations well outside the primary centers may also be required. This role is typically not eligible for relocation.
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
$25.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Full‑time, hourly.
The Field Service Technician in our Compression Systems and Services Division serves customers by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all makes of rotary screw and reciprocating, as well as Centac and ECC air compressors and related components. Precise measurement tools are used for diagnostic troubleshooting, and the technician must be familiar with all operations and parts manuals for each piece of equipment.
Starting pay $25.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
