Job summary

Fayetteville Motors LLC in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Service Technician to perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles. You will work closely with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed and ensure quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has automotive service experience, ASE certification is a plus, strong hand-eye coordination, good communication, and a clean driving record. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Technician or similar role is required.
• ASE Certification preferred but not required.
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs under warranty according to manufacturer guidelines and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
