Qualifications

Responsibilities - Service Technician

  • Efficiently and accurately perform work as outlined on repair order in accordance with Dealer and Factory standards.
  • Diagnose cause of malfunction and perform repair.
  • Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
  • Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
  • Communicate with the service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time. Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.

Qualifications - Service Technician

  • General automotive operational knowledge.
  • Must be an experienced Level 1, 2, or 3 technician currently. CDJR experience is not necessary.
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.
  • Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use technology.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
